Francesco Picardi is a modern, contemporary top London hairdresser, where he has built a reputation for high quality, innovative hairdressing.  He has developed his own, unique approach to hairdressing while drawing on all he learned from his past experiences working with Toni & Guy, Daniel Hershson, Eugene Souliman and Luigi Mureno.

Italian Hairdreser London - From an artistic family in Naples, Italy Francesco was soon exposed to all things cultural and was encouraged to utilise his creative energies.  Inspired by his fashion designer mother, hairdressing soon became his calling.  By the age of 14 Francesco realised he was “tailor made for hairdressing.”

After several years working as a stylist in his homeland, Francesco left Italy for greater challenges overseas. “I live and breathe fashion and London is its heartbeat",he smiles "I just had to be part of it".

After working with leading models and celebrities on magazine features and fashion shows, Francesco’s profile soon began to grow.  Coupled with his work in reputable salons from Naples to Rome, Milan and now London, Francesco’s work could be seen gracing the pages of Estetica, Studio, Beauty, The Independent, Pop Magazine, GQ Magazine and reportage from numerous style shoots.

"My work is based on creating a unique experience. I cut and colour for the individual, and it is unique and special to them, to that face, to their lifestyle, their attitude. It’s their way of being".

A special treatment system with head, neck and shoulder massage was recently introduced as a new service to relax salon visitors.

“I have added this special hair treatment service because I believe that a salon should be a unique place where the customer can relax. Treating the hair thoroughly, with measured care and attention from the roots and scalp to the tips of the longest style is what I am all about. It is all in the detail. I do not believe in quick, rushed service. It is not just about the hair. I provide a professional, tailor made hairdressing service perfected over many years experience in fantastic salons.”

Working solely with professional hair products and treatments from  Davines, Wella, System Professional and Sebastian, Francesco achieves what others cannot. "I try to understand the person. A hairstyle has to improve the person. That's what makes a good hairstylist and a good hairstyle.”

Francesco Picardi continues to develop his portfolio of talents, most recently acquiring a professional standard of wig making, make-up and beauty skills.
