All hair care products ordered from our website are dispatched via
Royal Mail. Prices are dependent upon weight and the delivery service
selected.
Orders placed on
weekdays are dispatched from London within 24 hours. Any orders made
during weekends or national holidays are processed on following working
day. We cannot be held accountable for any loss or delay once the items
are with Royal Mail postal service. However, if you experience a
problem please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
We cover part of the cost of packaging and processing which is not included in the delivery charge.

Standard Delivery (UK)
This standard delivery service is for mail items not requiring a signature on receipt.
1. 1st Class recorded delivery (Signed for)
This service includes proof of posting and on-line tracking.

Delivery times
*Order placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the
same working day. 1st Class mail aims to deliver your packet the next
working day, including Saturday when the order was made before 12 am.
*Order placed after 14pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the next
working day. All the products will be dispatched next working day when
the order was made after 14pm.
Delivery Charges
The first item UK First Class delivery charges
£2.54 up to 500g
each additional 250g or part thereof +£0.55 up to 1kg.
Thereafter, +£0.75 for the each additional 250g or part thereof.
2. Special Delivery
Fast, guaranteed delivery by either 9am or 1pm the next working day
and also guaranteed Track and Trace system for secure delivery.

when the order placed before 12pm. Special Delivery aims to deliver
your packet 9am the next working day.
* Recorded Delivery by 1pm the next working day (Monday to Friday) when
