What are loyalty points & how do I earn Loyalty Rewards points?
When you use our in-salon services or shop online with us, every purchase is worth loyalty points. Every whole £2 spent for products purchased = 1 loyalty point and you can choose to spend or save these points over time.
A purchase of £50 gives you 50 loyalty points and is 10% i.e. a point is worth 10pence for the ANY SALON SERVICE and the current redemption value of points is 5% i.e. a point is worth 5pence for the ANY HAIR CARE PRODUCT.
For example, if you make a purchase totalling £50, then you would have 50 loyalty points added to your account. When you come back to have a hair done, you could choose to use these points, or you could save them and build up more points to use in the future.

For New Customers
New customers can join our Loyalty Point Scheme and start earning Loyalty Points from the very first service we provide. When you receive your estimate you will see how many Loyalty Points you can earn on that job and what discount you can obtain if you redeem those points on your next job.
How much of Loyalty Point could I earn?
There’s no limit to how much point you can earn and every new friend you introduce to us, you earn your Loyalty Points. For example, if you recommended 5 friends and they each spend £50, you would get 250pts to use any salon services or hair care products.

How do I save or redeem my loyalty points?
Every purchase you make, we add your point into your account and save them until you diced to redeem. For new customers this will show the discount available on the next visit. For existing customers the Loyalty point balance will show how much discount is already available, how much more can be earned on the service and the discount available if you choose to accrue the points.
When you book an appointment, we will ask you if you want the points you have already earned converted into a discount and the amount taken off the bill for the service or if you wish to accrue the points and use them on a future service.

What are loyalty points Rewards points?

How do I earn my points?
You must be a registered user to be able to earn reward points.
Every client who Register with Francescopicardi.com will earn 10pts.
If you are already a member of francescopicardi.com we will have added 10pts into your account. Please let us know if you have not received your points.
All you need to do is buy what you need from us, when you need it.

When you place an order you earn reward points according to the following formula -
£2=1 point (when you make a purchase and 5% what you spend)
10 points = £1 (when you redeem)
To earn points on a purchase you must be logged into the website as a registered user.
